LESLIE ANNEXATION NO . 2 -A BEGINNING at an angle point of the corporate city limit line establish- ed as 10 feet inland from mean higher high water mark ( referred to U . S . C . and G. S . datum San Francisco Bay , southern part ) in Ordinance No . 39 - , "an Ordinance Approving the Annexation of the Redwood City Harbor District to the City of Redwood City" adopted June 21 , 1937 , with the northern corporate city limit line of the City of Redwood City as estabished by an Act of the State Legislature of the State of California entitled "An Act to Amend an Act entitled 'Arn Act to encorporate the Town of Redwood City approved March 27 , 18681 approved March 30 , 1872 , " said Northern corporate city limit line being the quarter section line of Section 17 , Township 5 South, Range 3 West Mount Diablo Base and Meridian ; THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING West along said Northern Corporate City Limit Line and the quarter section line of said Section 17 and Section 18 to its inter- section with the Southwesterly line of Bayshore Highway , said intersection also being an angle point in the Corporate Limit line of the City of San Carlos as established by Ordinance No 213 of the City of San Carlos adopted October 19 , 1911 8 ;_ THENCE along said Southwesterly line of Bayshore Highway and the Corporate Limit line of the City of San Carlos Northwesterly to an angle point in the corporate limit line of the City of San Carlos as established by Resolution Noe 6353 of the CiLy of San Carlos dated April 1 , 1952; THENCE North 48° 00 ' East along the corporate limit line of the City of San Carlos a dista ;t:: e of 777000 feet to an angle point in the corporate limit line of the City of San Carlos , said point being in the center of a tributary to Steinberger Slough ; THENCE leaving said corporate limit line of the City of San Carlos and following the center line of said tributary, North 5° 541 East 295 . 83 feet and North 16° 39 ' East 43i8000 feet to the centerline of Steinberger Creek; THENCE along the centerline of Steinberger Creek the following courses and distances. : North 280 28 ' West 173997 feet ; North 2169 . 88 feet ; North 12° 00 ' East 1105013 feet to the southeasterly boundary of that certain parcel " B" of property conveyed from Harbor Development Corporation to Leslie Salt Co . , by deed dated 24 May, 199 and recorded 29 May , 199 in Book 1669 of Official Records of San Mateo County at, page 109 : thence along last said boundary leaving the creek and running North I2° 00 ' West 2936 . 37 feet to
