RJC : ek : 11/23/597 <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O . 953 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $4 , 000 FROM <br /> UNBUDGETED SURPLUS , WATER FUND , FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> AND INSTALLATION OF WATER DISTRIBUTION MAINS AND <br /> APPURTENANCES IN BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1 <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND , APPROPRIATING THE SUM <br /> OF $6 , 000 FROM UNBUDGETED SURPLUS , SEWER RENTAL <br /> FUND , FOR CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF TRUNK <br /> SEWERS AND APPURTENANT SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES <br /> IN BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1 IMPROVEMENT <br /> DISTRICT <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION 1 . The sum of four thousand dollars ( $4 , 000 . 00 ) <br /> is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated unbudgeted surplus <br /> of the Water Fund for the purpose of acquisition , construction , <br /> and installation of water distribution mains and appurtenant <br /> facilities in the " Bayshore Industrial Park No . 1 Improvement <br /> District . " <br /> SECTION 2 . The sum of six thousand dollars ( $6 , 000 . 00 ) <br /> is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated unbudgeted surplus <br /> of the Sewer Rental Fund for the purpose of acquisition , cons <br /> struction , and installation of trunk sewers and appurtenant <br /> sanitary sewer facilities in " Bayshore Industrial Park No . 1 <br /> Improvement District . " <br /> SECTION 3 . The City Manager , Auditor and Treasurer are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to expend the moneys appropriated <br /> in Sections 1 and 2 hereof for the purposes specified in said <br /> sections . <br />
