( 2 ) All that portion of DeAnza Avenue situate in the City of Redwood City . ( p ) Permit Does Not Excuse Compliance With Other Ordinances or Provisions Thereof . Except as speci- fically stated in this section , nothing in this section or in any permit granted hereunder shall be deemed to authorize the doing or omission of any act contrary to any term or provision of this ordinance or any ordinance or license of this City or without any license or permit otherwise required by such term , pro- vision , ordinance , or license . The provisions of this section shall not be deemed to establish any street or highway or portion thereof as a ` Truck Route ' nor shall any ' Limited Truck Route ' established by this section be considered or construed to be a ' Truck Route ' as that phrase is used in subdivisions ( A) , ( B ) , ( C ) and ( D ) of Section 105 , Ordinance No . 758 . ( q) Misdemeanor . A violation of any term or pro- vision of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor . Any person violating the same shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 210 of this ordinance . Nothing herein contained shall be construed to limit the power of the City to use all or any other legal or equitable remedies against anyone who shall violate such term or provision . ( r ) Severability . If this section , or any subsection , sentence , clause or phrase of this section , is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid , such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this section not so construed , nor shall any such holding affect the validity of the remaining portions of Ordinance No . 758 . The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this section and each subsection , sentence , clause and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more of the subsections , sentences , clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason , and to the extent stated herein this section is hereby declared to be severable . The City Council further specifically declares that the terms of this section are intended to provide , and provide in fact , a system of truck traffic regulation which is independent of and completely severable from the provisions of Section 105 of Ordinance No . 758 .
