person shall stop , stand or park a vehicle on any of the streets <br /> or portions of streets described in Section 194 of this ord- <br /> inance for a period of time longer than one ( 1) hour between <br /> the hours of 2 A .M . and 5 A .M. of any day . <br /> '1 (b) No person shall stop , stand or park any truck, bus <br /> or trailer , of any kind, at any time , on any street in the City <br /> of Redwood City for a period of time longer than one ( 1) hour <br /> between the hours of 2 A .M . and 5 A .M . of any day . <br /> " ( c) As used in this section, the following words shall <br /> have the meanings set opposite them . <br /> 1 . Vehicle . Any device in, upon or by which any <br /> person or property is or may be propelled, moved <br /> or drawn upon a highway , excepting a device moved <br /> by human power or used exclusively upon stationary <br /> rails or tracks . <br /> 2 . Truck . Any vehicle designed, used or maintained <br /> primarily for the transportation of property, except <br /> pickup trucks . <br /> Section 7 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to install appropriate signs on all of the streets mentioned in <br /> Sections 192 . 14 through 192 . 19 . <br /> Section 8 . This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after adoption . <br />
