<br /> arguments for or against such or-

<br /> the City Clerk not less than twen-
<br /> ty (20) days before such election.
<br /> Such arguments shall be signed
<br /> by the person, persons, or officers,
<br /> or organizations authorized to sub-
<br /> mit and sign the same, who shall
<br /> deposit with the City Clerk at the
<br /> time of filing a sum of money
<br /> sufficient to cover the proportion-
<br /> ate cost of the printing and paper
<br /> for the space taken, but no more.
<br /> The text of every ordinance or
<br /> charter amendment shall also be
<br /> displayed at the polling booth in
<br /> such elections; PROVIDED, fur-
<br /> ther, that the validity of an ordi-
<br /> dance or charter amendment ap-
<br /> proved by the electors shall not
<br /> he questioned becau_le of errors or
<br /> irregularities in such mailing, dis-
<br /> tribution, or display.
