M. <br /> Upon roll call the following were present : Councilmen H. F. Anderson , E. A. Fletcher , <br /> Wm , Hahn, Robert N . Jones , Geo . W. McNulty , and City Clerk B . E. Myers ; .absent , <br /> Mayor L. C. Christensen and Councilman P . A. McCarthy . <br /> In the absence of Mayor Christensen , Councilman R. N. Jones was chosen as Mayor Pro <br /> Tem and chairman of the meeting on motion of Councilman Anderson , seconded by <br /> Councilman Hohn. <br /> Ordinance (No . 413 ) calling a special election for the purpose of incurring bonded <br /> indebtedness for City Hall and Library was introduced on motion of Councilman <br /> Anderson, seconded by Councilman McNulty. <br /> On motion of Councilman McNulty , seconded by Councilman Anderson , the Council took <br /> a recess until g : 00 P. M. <br /> g : 00 P. M. <br /> Upon roll call the following were present : Councilmen H. F. Anderson, Wm . Hohn , <br /> Robert N. Jones , Geo . W. McNulty , and City Clerk B . E . Myers ; absent , Mayor <br /> L. C . Christensen , Councilmen E. A. Fletcher and P. A. McCarthy. <br /> Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman McNulty , proposed the final passage and <br /> adoption of Ordinance No . 412 fixing the amount of money to be raised by <br /> taxation. Unanimously carried. <br /> Both the Sadler matter and the Kertz and Son matter were laid over until the next <br /> meeting because there was some difference of opinion , and also because there <br /> were only four members of the Council present . <br /> On motion of Councilman Hohn, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the Council adjourned <br /> to 8 : 00 P .
