<br /> miscellaneous tools and equipment now owned by said Emerald Lake Water Company , and
<br /> located within the following described areas , to- wit :
<br /> All of Oak Knoll Manor and the various resubdivisions thereof , - all of
<br /> Kensington Square , all of the various numbered subdivisions of the Highlands of Emerald
<br /> Lake , all the Estates of Emerald Lake , all of the Fairways of Emerald Lake as said
<br /> subdivisions and resubdivisions are shown upon the records of San Mateo County , State
<br /> of California.
<br /> Be it further resolved by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the
<br /> necessary and proper steps be taken by the City Attorney of said City before the Rail-
<br /> T , road Commission of the State of California for the purpose of securing the consent of
<br /> said Railroad Commission to transfer the properties of the Emerald Lake Water Company ,
<br /> a corporation , to the City of Redwood City .
