Section 11 . Each voter may vote either for or against <br /> either of said propositions hereby submitted . Each voter to <br /> vote for either of said two propositions hereby submitted and <br /> for incurring said bonded indebtedness therefor shall stamp a <br /> cross (1) in the blank space opposite the word "YES" on the <br /> ballot to the right of such proposition , and to vote against <br /> either of said two propositions and against incurring said <br /> bonded indebtedness therefor shall stamp a cross (Xs) in the <br /> blank space opposite the word " NO" on the ballot to the right <br /> of such proposition . A cross (X) stamped in the voting square <br /> on the ballot after the word ' YES" shall be counted as a vote <br /> in favor of any such proposition and to authorize the incurring <br /> of a bonded debt to the amount of and for the purpose specified <br /> therein , and a cross (x) stamped in the voting square on the <br /> ballot after the word " NO" shall be counted as a vote against <br /> any such proposition , and a refusal to authorize the incurring <br /> of any bonded indebtedness for the purpose specified therein . <br /> Section 12 . This ordinance shall be published <br /> once a day for at least seven ( 7 ) days in ztR__ edwood City Tribune , " <br /> which is a newspaper published at least six ( 6 ) days a week <br /> in said. City of Redwood City , and such publication shall con- <br /> stitute notice of said election . No other notice of the election <br /> hereby called need be given . <br /> Section 13 * This ordinance shall be forthwith entered <br /> upon the minutes of this Council and in the ordinance book of <br /> said City .
