M . for the purpose of permitting all persons <br /> directly interested and the general public to be heard upon said pro- <br /> posed reclassifying or rezoning of said lot herein mentioned and notice <br /> of said public hearing was duly and regularly published as required by <br /> said Ordinance No . 251 of the City of Redwood any in the Redwood City <br /> Tribune , a daily newspaper of general circulation , published in said <br /> City of Redwood City , not less than three ( 3) times and within the week <br /> that said hearing was to be held , and <br /> WHEREAS , said Council of the City of Redwood. City did proceed with <br /> said hearing as provided in said notice and did give all persons partic- <br /> ularly interested and the general public an opportunity to be heard <br /> with reference to the reclassifying or rezoning of said lot hereinbefore <br /> herein described , and said. Council of the City of Redwood City having <br /> fully considered said matter , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , the Council of the City of Redwood City does ordain <br /> as follows , to-wit : <br /> Lot number 4 in block number 2 as shown on that certain leap entitled <br /> 'Tap of Subdivision of Dingee Park11 filed for record in the office of <br /> the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo , State of California , <br /> July 8 , 1908 , in Map Book 6 at pages 25 and 26 is hereby reclassified <br /> or rezoned from the second residential district in which said property <br /> is now zoned to the business district as provided in said Ordinance <br /> No . 251 of the City of Redwood City . <br /> And be it further ordained that the City Engineer is hereby directed <br /> to change the official use of property zone map in conformity with this <br /> ordinance . <br /> Section 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> and after thirty ( 30) days after its passage and adoption . <br /> Section 3 . The above and foregoing ordinance was duly introduced <br /> the 18th day of November , 1935 , and after a public hearing held on the <br /> /9 -=c day of December , 1935 , at the hour of 8 : 00 o ' clock P .M . of said <br /> 2 <br />
