that the insurer will not cancel or substantially modify the policy provisions without first giving at least thirty (30) days written notice thereof to the other Party. In lieu of insurance policies , the Parties may provide evidence that they are self-insured in an amount sufficient to provide protection for any claims pursuant to Section 6 (Hold Harmless) of this Agreement. 8. Notice . The following persons are authorized to give and receive written notice on behalf of the Parties under this Agreement: To City: City Manager City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94063 To County: County Manager County of San Mateo 400 County Center Redwood City, CA 94063 9 . Entire Agreement. This Agreement, and all exhibits and other attachments specifically incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings, oral or in writing, with respect to the provision of parking, for the general public, within the Parking Structure and on the Parking Lot, including the Cooperative Agreement and amendments thereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing , this Agreement is subject to any general rules and regulations concerning use of the Parking Structure and the Parking Lot which may be adopted by the County, provided said rules and regulations do not materially interfere with City's use and enjoyment of the Parking Structure and Parking Lot.
