Agreements for on-call, as-needed Professional Surveying Services <br />with MacLeod & Associates, Inc. and Bellecci & Associates related to <br />the City's Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Jeffrey Chou, Assistant Engineer II 780-7362 jchou@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Agreement for Professional Services with MacLeod & Associates, Inc. of <br />San Carlos, CA, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 and the Agreement <br />for Professional Services with Bellecci & Associates of Concord, CA, in an <br />amount not to exceed $100,000 for surveying services on an on-call, as- <br />needed basis. The City Manager may amend the Agreement(s) to extend for <br />additional periods. Extensions will be based upon a satisfactory review of <br />Consultant's performance, City needs, and an appropriation of funds by the <br />City. The parties will prepare a written amendment indicating the effective <br />date and length of the extended Agreement(s) <br /> <br /> E.
