Cross-references are provided to the section of the <br />DTPP where these regulations can be found. <br /> <br />Use Concessions (Applies to Historic Resources) <br />In order to preserve historic resources by enhancing their economic viability for adaptive reuse, <br />historic buildings shall be exempted from mandatory ground floor retail requirements.
