General Conditians. <br /> VI. CQNTRACT DQCUMENTS <br /> The Contract documents which comprise the enti�e agreement between City and Contractor <br /> conceming the Work consist of the following: <br /> A. Contract documents consist of the foifowing Sections, including aIl changes, <br /> addenda and mod�cations thereto, as listed on Section 00010 (Table of Contents}: <br /> Section 00520 Agreement <br /> Sectian 00550 Notice to Proceed <br /> Section 00680 Escrow Agreement <br /> Section 00700 Genera! Conditions <br /> Section 00800 Special Conditions <br /> Technical Speafica6ons Division 1 &2,as listed in the Table of Contents <br /> Drawings Listed in the Table of Contents <br /> B. There are no Cordract documents other tF�an those I'�sted above in this Part VI. The <br /> geotechnical, existing conditions and other ir�formation supplied under Part 6.26 of <br /> Sec�ion 00700 (Genera( Conditions) is not part of the Coritract documents. The <br /> Cantrad documerrts may only be amended, modified or supplemen#ed as provided <br /> in Section 00700(General Condifions). <br /> Vfl. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> A. It is understood and agreed that in no instance is any person, signing this <br /> �qreement for or on behalf of City or acting as an employee or representative of <br /> City, liable on this Contrac�, or upon any warraMy of autharty, or otherwise, and it is <br /> further understood and agreed that liability of City is limited and confined to such <br /> liability as authorized vr impased by the Cor�tract dacume�s o�ap�'�cable law. <br /> B. tn entering into a public oontract or a subcontrad to supply goods, servioes or <br /> materials pursuant to a public contract, the Contrador or subcontrac#or irrevocably <br /> offers and agrees to assign to the awarding body all rights, title and interest in and <br /> to all causes of action it may have unde�Section 4 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. § <br /> 15) or under the Cartwright Act, (Chapter 2 (commenang with Section 16700) of <br /> Part 2 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code), arisir� from purchases <br /> of goods, services or materials pursuant to the public works contract or the <br /> subcontrac�. This assignment shall be made and become effective at the time City <br /> tenders final payment to the Contrac�or, without further acknowledgment by the <br /> parties. <br /> C. CoPies of the general prevailing rates of per diem wages for each craft, <br /> class'rfication, or type of worker needeci to execute the Contract, as de#ermined by <br /> Di�ector of the State of Califomia Depa�tme� of Industria! Relations, are avaiiable <br /> on the City's website(www.redwoodc'dy.orq). <br /> D.
