(c) Licensee shall not to allow or suffer a lien for any such taxes or charges to be imposed <br />upon the License Area or upon any equipment or property located on the License Area without promptly <br />discharging the same, provided that Licensee may contest the validity of the same by paying under protest <br />or posting adequate (at City's sole discretion) security during any such contest. <br />31. Licensee shall immediately notify Millbrae Dispatch by phone at <br />(650) 872-5900 of any emergency or incident requiring emergency response. <br />Correctly addressed notices given by a method that provides confirmation of delivery shall be deemed <br />given on the earlier of confirmed delivery or confirmed attempted delivery. Telephone numbers are <br />provided to facilitate communications; communication by telephone, facsimile, or e-mail does not <br />constitute formal notice under this License. <br />32. Prohibition of Tobacco Sales and Advertising. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that no <br />advertising or sale of cigarettes or tobacco products is allowed on the License Area. This advertising <br />prohibition includes the placement of the name of a company producing cigarettes or tobacco products or <br />the name of any cigarette or tobacco product in any promotion of any event or product. <br />33. Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverage Advertismi Licensee acknowledges and agrees that no <br />advertising of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the License Area. For purposes of this Section, <br />"alcoholic beverage" shall be defined as set forth in California Business and Professions Code Section <br />23004, and shall not include cleaning solutions, medical supplies, and other products and substances not <br />intended for drinking. This advertising prohibition includes the placement of the name of a company <br />producing alcoholic beverages or the name of any alcoholic beverage in any promotion of any event or <br />product. <br />34. Restrictions on the Use of Pesticides. Chapter 3 of the San Francisco Environment Cade (the <br />Integrated Pest Management Program Ordinance or "IPM Ordinance") describes an integrated pest <br />management ("IPM") policy to be implemented by all City departments.
