Notices. Prohibition of Tobacco Sales and Advertising. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that no advertising or sale of cigarettes or tobacco products is allowed on the License Area. This advertising prohibition includes the placement of the name of a company producing cigarettes or tobacco products or the name of any cigarette or tobacco product in any promotion of any event or product. 33. Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverage Advertismi Licensee acknowledges and agrees that no advertising of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the License Area. For purposes of this Section, "alcoholic beverage" shall be defined as set forth in California Business and Professions Code Section 23004, and shall not include cleaning solutions, medical supplies, and other products and substances not intended for drinking. This advertising prohibition includes the placement of the name of a company producing alcoholic beverages or the name of any alcoholic beverage in any promotion of any event or product. 34. Restrictions on the Use of Pesticides. Chapter 3 of the San Francisco Environment Cade (the Integrated Pest Management Program Ordinance or "IPM Ordinance") describes an integrated pest management ("IPM") policy to be implemented by all City departments.
