Section 22. No Presumption Against Drafter. <br /> Both of the Parties were fully represented by counsel and participated in the drafting of <br /> this Cooperative Agreement, and, accordingly no presumption shall be applied against either <br /> Party concerning the interpretation of this Cooperative Agreement on the basis that said Party is <br /> the drafter hereof. <br /> Section 23.
