EXHIBIT"C" <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br /> The City shall, at its sole cost and expense, demolish and remove the South Annex, <br /> reconstruct the historic southern facade of the Courthouse, and create a public plaza in front of <br /> the Courthouse, all of which work shall be performed in accordance with the Plans. The Project <br /> includes, without limitation, the following: <br /> 1. Demolition and removal of the South Annex. <br /> 2. Reconstruction of the entry-way and parapets of the southern Courthouse <br /> facade. <br /> 3. Removal, as needed, of any public improvements existing in, on or about <br /> the Courthouse Square. <br /> 4.
