MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> April 22, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-96 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: April 23, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Public Works Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br /> an agreement with the County of San Mateo, for adjustment <br /> of water boxes. <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on April 22, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Jordan, Howard, Ira, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Ruskin <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Hartnett Motion to approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute an agreement with the County of San Mateo, for adjustment of water <br />boxes, in conjunction with the resurfacing of Springdale Way, West Summit <br />Drive, North View Way, Summit Court, Oak Park Way, Agua Vista Court, South <br />Oak Park, Sunset Way and East View Way, in the unincorporated water service <br />area of San Mateo County; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
