MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />September 12. 2016 <br />MO. 16-162 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: September 14, 2016 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Agreements for on-call, as -needed Professional Surveying Services with <br />MacLeod & Associates, Inc. and Bellecci & Associates related to the <br />City's Capital Improvement Program <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1D (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority of <br />Redwood City on September 12, 2016. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Vice Mayor Bain and <br />Mayor Seybert <br />M/S Aguirre/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding items 6.1.E and 6.3.13. <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for <br />Professional Services with MacLeod & Associates, Inc. of San Carlos, CA, in an amount not <br />to exceed $150,000 and the Agreement for Professional Services with Bellecci & Associates <br />of Concord, CA, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for surveying services on an on-call, <br />as -needed basis. The City Manager may amend the Agreement(s) to extend for additional <br />periods. Extensions will be based upon a satisfactory review of Consultant's performance, <br />City needs, and an appropriation of funds by the City. The parties will prepare a written <br />amendment indicating the effective date and length of the extended Agreement(s) <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Melissa Thurman <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />
