SERVI+CES <br /> The CONTRACTC}R agrees tc� grovide �xtended day academic and enrichment services <br /> as described in the RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum Expectations <br /> ec�ntained in Attachment A and the RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protaccals <br /> contained in 1�ttachsnent B at Fair C?aks, Hawes, Henry Fc�rd, John Gill, Selby Lane and <br /> John F. I�ennedy schools. The RCSD will provide necessary suppnrts tc� the <br /> CQNTRAGTC}R, as described in Attachment A. The CONTI2ACTOR will refer 21$` <br /> Century Cornmunity Learning Center families to existing literacy and related educatian <br /> developme�t serv�ces. <br /> The C4NTItACTOR agrees to utilize the camputer system (Gity Sp�n) provided by the <br /> RGSD ta enter daily attendance. Any teehnical difficulties associated with utilizing this <br /> syst�em witl be re�orted within 72 hours. <br /> 2, EOUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br /> C(JNTItACTOR shall provide all equipxnent, materials, and supplies necessary to <br /> perform the academic and enrichment services far the RCSD in accardance with the <br /> terms,conditions and specificatit�ns set forth herein �nd in Attachments A and B, <br /> 3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTQRS <br /> C4NTRACTt7R shall nat assign this Agreement or any partic�n thereaf to a third party <br /> withaut the prior written cQnsent ofRCSD. <br /> 4. L,TCENSES AND PERMITS <br /> Gt�NTRACT4R shall obtain and ke�p in force all licenses, permits, and certificates <br /> n�cessary far the performance ofthis A�reement. <br /> 5. INSU�RANCE <br /> Cantractor shail be respansible far any damage, lc�ss or r�ther claim arising aut af�hc <br /> perfc�rmance of its services under this Agreement. Contractor sh�il c�rry the insurance <br /> indicated belc�w throughout the term af this Agreement.
