��A ,� �:��.�rr�AL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AND AMEND GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (G&K Services, Inc.) This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the Z� day of �1/� , 2016, extending and amending the agreement dated April 9, 2015 (the "Agree ent") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and G&K Services, Inc., ("Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties") for uniform rental and laundering services. RECITALS A. On April 9, 2015, the Parties executed a General Services Agreement for uniform rental and laundering services for a one-year term in the amount of$50,000.00. B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby extended for a period of one year ending on April 9, 2017, and Contractor will be paid a not to exceed amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), resulting in a total contract price of$100,000. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Contractor pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage for this Amendment. 4.
