Judy Sullivan stated she was again speaking in support of encouraging the building of the Marina Shores project with the hope that it will come to fruition in her lifetime. She stated her hope that she could sell her home and move to the development. She stated that affordable housing is needed and that those who will buy their first home in the new project should enjoy the beauty that others have enjoyed and is inherent in this part of the Peninsula.
