A <br /> Waiver of Subrogation or Right to Recover endorsement in favor of the <br /> State must be attached to certificate. <br /> If applicable, Grantee shall provide coverage for all its employees for any <br /> injuries or claims under the U.S. Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' <br /> Compensation Act, the Jones Act or under laws, regulations, or statutes <br /> applicable to maritime employees. By signing this contract, Grantee <br /> acknowledges compliance with these regulations. <br /> e. Environmental/Pollution Liability <br /> Grantee shall maintain Pollution Liability for limits not less than $1 ,000,000 <br /> occurrence covering the Grantee's liability for bodily injury, property <br /> damage and environmental damage resulting from pollution and related <br /> cleanup costs incurred arising out of the work or services to be performed <br /> under this contract. The policy must include: <br /> "The State of California, its officers, agents, employees and servants as <br /> additional insureds, but only with respect to work performed under the <br /> contract." <br /> This endorsement must be supplied under form acceptable to the Office of <br /> Risk and Insurance Management. <br /> Coverage shall be provided for both work performed on site and during <br /> transportation as well as proper disposal of hazardous materials. <br /> 3. Self-Insurance <br /> If the Grantee is self-insured for a portion or all of its insurance, the Grantee shall <br /> provide evidence of self-insurance when requested by DBW. Review of financial <br /> information including a letter of credit may be required . The Division reserves the <br /> right to request financial information. <br /> 4. Qt, <br /> 23. TERMINATION <br /> a. DBW may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon thirty (30) days written <br /> notice to Grantee. <br /> b. If the Grantee fails to keep the required insurance in effect at all times during the term <br /> of this agreement, DBW may, in addition to other remedies it may have, terminate <br /> this agreement upon two days written notice. <br /> c.
