The Landlord is concerned about the extent of the present
wiring/cabling for equipment by Sublessor on the Premises and whether any additional
wiring/cabling will overburden and cause damage to the Premises, The Parties agree
that Sublessee shall obtain the Landlord's written consent, which shall not be
unreasonably withheld, before it adds to the existing wiring/cabling of the Premises. In
the event the Sublessee removes and replaces in kind and quantity any such
wiring/cabling, then the Landlord's consent shall not be required for such removal and
replacement.
CONSENT TO SUBLEASE
T -r' 'T- -.
