<br />the Builellng wIthout first obtaininG the wrltlcn approval of the Lancllord. If such approval
<br />is given. the Item will be placeclln such as manner so as nor 10 be visible from the sireet,
<br />freeway, or ndjacenl DART slnllon nnel raIlway.

<br />judgmenl of Londlord Is Inloxlcaled or under Ihe Influence of liquor or drugs, or wþo sholl
<br />In any manner do any ~ct In violation or any of Ih~ rules ancl r¿gulnllons of the Dulldlng.
