9. The Consultant shall perform Boundary Survey for the City by researching record <br /> maps on file with the County of San Mateo, City right-of-way and title records, and <br /> applicable deeds under the supervision of a Licensed Land Surveyor. The <br /> Consultant shall locate all controlling monumentation shown and reference in public <br /> records. The Consultant shall also tie the controlling monumentation to the project <br /> boundaries. <br /> 10. The Consultant shall prepare a Legal Description of the real properties and right-of- <br /> way within the RAUUD; and shall be written, signed & stamped by the Consultant's <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 11 . The Consultant shall attend (2) meetings with City Staff; Project Kick-off and 100% <br /> Final Deliverable <br /> 12. The City will provide block book drawings to be used as reference in conjunction <br /> with the surveyed features stated above to determine alignment of underground <br /> utilities. <br /> 1 .2 TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> The duration of the Agreement will be effective for a period of two (2) years from the <br /> date first above written and may be extended with City Manager's approval. <br /> The schedule for the survey work shall be on an on-call, as needed , as requested basis. <br /> Final approved scheduled will be determined and coordinated by the City and <br /> Consultant at the time of request. <br /> 1 .3 FEE SCHEDULE: <br /> The Consultant shall perform the above mentioned services as requested for a not-to- <br /> exceed fee of $100,000.00. This contract is purely time and material on an on-call, as- <br /> needed basis to be determined by the City. The Consultant shall be paid monthly based <br /> on actual survey work performed. <br /> The Consultant shall perform the work at the prices outlined on the Fee Schedule <br /> below.
