Jany : <br /> Thank you for taking the time to come out and examine our <br /> property last week . It was a pleasure for us to give you and Mr . <br /> Ro I ande l l i a tour of the house and Grounds . <br /> As you requested , I have complied a list of renovation <br /> projects we plan to complete over the ten ( 10 ) year term of the <br /> contract , l have tried to spread out the completion dates over <br /> the term of the contract so that there is something accomplished <br /> each year of the contract . Please feel free to make any <br /> suggestions as to rearrangement of the schedule that you feel are <br /> necessary . <br /> ITEM . YEAR . TASK . <br /> ? <br /> 1 . 2 Remove carpeting , sand floors downstairs <br /> 2 . 2 Paint exterior of house and barn . <br /> 3 . 3 Replace roof of house . <br /> 4 . q Renovate the bathroom downstairs <br /> 5 . 5 Strip paint from interior woodwork and <br /> remove the wood stove in the dining room <br /> 6 . <br /> 6 Install a new furnace / air conditioner <br /> 7 . 7 Renovate driveways <br /> 8 . 8 Landscape grounds <br /> 9 . 9 Remodel kitchen <br /> 1 0 . <br /> 10 Renovate and enlarge the bathroom <br /> upstairs <br /> 11 . 10 Renovate the barn interior <br /> These are the major projects that we have planned for the <br /> house and the ones that we believe are necessary to make it a <br /> good restoration . <br /> We do not intend to modify the exterior <br /> ( except items such as paint , new roof , etc . ) and all interior <br /> • modifications planned will either restore the house to near <br />
