PUBLIC HEARING - Recommended Annual Budget, Fiscal Year July 1, 1990 - <br />June 30, 1991 (401 -02) <br />Affidavit of Notice of Publication is on file. <br />Report: Finance Director, July 1, 1990 <br />Finance Director Gul Ramchandani presented the staff report. In response <br />to Council questions Director Ramchandani advised the GID Committee had met <br />after the June 23rd Budget Study Session and voted to spend the $30,000 for <br />soil testing requested by Council for Sandpiper Park from its reserves of <br />$134,000 in its account, rather than the Fiscal Year 1990 -91 City Budget. <br />Also, the projected revenues would meet expected expenditures <br />notwithstanding State of California monetary cuts to cities. <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 50 <br />Page No. 002 <br />Reg.
