Resolution No. 65169 <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors, County of San Mateo, State of California <br /> <br /> Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with the City of Redwood City for the <br /> Installation of an In-Pavement Lighted Crosswalk Warning System- Bay Road at Tenth <br /> Avenue <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the intersection of Bay Road and Tenth Avenue is partially within the <br />unincorporated area and partially within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City(City); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is proposing to construct an In-pavement Lighted Crosswalk <br />Warning System (II,CWS) at the above described intersection, and has requested the County's <br />cooperation; and <br /> <br /> Wlq~REAS, there has been presented to this Board an agreement that provides for the <br />construction of the ILCWS at said intersection and this Board has considered said agreement; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that the agreement be <br />approved by this Board and this Board has considered the recommendation of the Director of <br />Public Works. <br /> <br /> NOW TI-rEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the <br />President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br /> <br />
