Removed from the Consent Calendar to be considered at this time. <br />Memorandum of Agreement with International Association of Firefighters <br />(509 -05) <br />In response to questions from Councilman Murray, City Attorney <br />Schricker advised the Charter of the City of Redwood City requires <br />adoption of these resolutions, and the Memorandum of Agreement items <br />determined by arbitration could be acknowledged and the items in the <br />Agreement not subject to arbitration could be approved, but as a <br />practical matter, the MOA should be approved. <br />Council Members discussed need to accept all four items, whether imposed <br />on the City or not, and to move forward. <br />a.
