Memorandum of Agreement with International Association of Firefighters (509 -05) In response to questions from Councilman Murray, City Attorney Schricker advised the Charter of the City of Redwood City requires adoption of these resolutions, and the Memorandum of Agreement items determined by arbitration could be acknowledged and the items in the Agreement not subject to arbitration could be approved, but as a practical matter, the MOA should be approved. Council Members discussed need to accept all four items, whether imposed on the City or not, and to move forward. a.
