MOTION: to approve the Minutes of the Special Executive Session of November <br />19, 1990, the regular Meeting of November 19, 1990 and the Joint Study <br />Session with the Planning Commission of November 26, 1990 as submitted. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 90 -182 <br />2.
