Title read. M /S: Bury /Greenalch to introduce the ordinance
Councilman Murray requested amending the motion to allow the following
changes to the ordinance:
a. Section 32.18 was repealed, and the proposed ordinance adds Section
32.19 which might be confusing; suggestion is to change numbering to
begin with 32.18.
City Attorney Schricker advised reusing 32.18 could present a problem
and there is nothing wrong with having a reserve number.
This amendment was withdrawn by Councilman Murray.
b.
