DJP&A will also compile a list of <br /> conditions of approval as identified in the EIR and provide that to City staff with the MMRP. <br /> • Findings <br /> DJP&A will assist City staff in compiling information for findings required under CEQA Guidelines Section <br /> 15091, if requested to do so. DJP&A cannot assist in preparing a Statement of Overriding <br /> Considerations under CEQA Guidelines Section 15093,should one be required. <br /> • Meetings and Public and Hearings <br /> This scope of work includes Project Manager attendance at up to nine project meetings during the <br /> course of the project. These meetings would include the scoping meeting, up to five project meetings <br /> with City staff, and three public hearings (one meeting during the DEIR public comment period and two <br /> project hearings). At the public hearings, DJP&A will be prepared to present information about the <br /> Draft EIR and respond to questions from Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> In addition to the project meetings, this scope includes Project Manager attendance at up to two <br /> community outreach meetings.
