The signs will announce <br /> the event and subsequent parking and traffic restrictions on Saturday <br /> October 29thth from 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> (h) Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with <br /> California State waste diversion mandate AB 939--The Integrated <br /> Waste Management Act--to the extent feasible. <br /> (i) Access to adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the <br /> City. <br /> 13. Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not herein described or <br /> contemplated in connection with the 2016 OktobeRun shall not be effectuated <br /> without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> 14.
