6.1.B. - Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING. <br /> SERVICES <br /> MAXIMUS CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. <br /> This Amendment No. 6 to Agreement for Professional Consulting <br /> Services MAXIMUS Consulting Services:, Inc. ("Amendment No. <br /> 6") is entered into and effective as of the 1st day of July, 2016, by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> ("City"), and MAXIMUS Consulting Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of <br /> MAXIMUS, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for Professional Consulting <br /> Services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On February 14, 2011, the Parties executed an agreement for <br /> Professional Consulting Services ("the Agreement"); and. <br /> B. On July 1, 2011, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Professional 9 a Consultin g Services;Services and <br /> C. On July 1, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to amend the <br /> terms., scope of services and fee; and <br /> nd <br /> D. On July 27, 2013, the Parties executed Amendment t N o 3 to amend the <br /> terms, scope of services and fee; and <br /> E. On July 31, 2014, the Parties executed Amendment No. 4 to amend the <br /> terms, scope of services and fee; and <br /> fee; <br /> F. <br /> On July 1, 2015, the Parties executed Amendment No.N 5 to amend the <br /> terms, scope of services ces and fee; and • <br /> G. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to further amendments as <br /> provided for in this Amendment No. 6. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 1. Scope of Work is hereby ereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br /> Section 1. Scope. of Work. City retains consultant to perform, and Consultant. <br /> agrees to render, those services .(the "Services")that are defined in Exhibit "A," <br /> for the compensation described in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated <br /> by this reference in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this <br /> Agreement and all prior Amendments. Consultant agrees to complete the <br /> Services by no later than June 30, 2017. <br /> 2. Section 3. Compensation is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br /> Section 3.
