Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Sensus USA Inc. for advanced metering infrastructure <br />software as a service for a 5-year term in the amount of $165,001.23 and <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager to renew the agreement for two additional 5 - <br />year terms such that the annual price does not increase more than 3% per year, <br />or $169,256 and $196,214 for the second and third terms respectively <br /> <br /> K. Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement with Management Partners, Inc. <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Deanna La Croix, Executive Assistant 780-7308 dlacroix@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />4 to the Agreement with Management Partners, Inc. for consulting services <br />pertaining to closure of Docktown Marina and relocation of tenants, expanding <br />the scope of services, extending the term to December 31, 2017, and increasing <br />contract value by an amount not to exceed $50,000, resulting in an aggregate <br />agreement amount not to exceed $109,500 <br /> <br /> L.
