Sorba to provide said legal services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain document entitled "Agreement for Legal Services — Attorney- <br /> Client Fee Contract — Special Counsel” by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> acting by and through the Board of Port Commissioners of said City and <br /> Francois X.
