EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> To work closely with Redwood City 2020 leadership and staff to develop and implement <br /> a "shared agenda" of outcomes of the partnership and collect data for use in measuring <br /> progress toward goals using agreed upon indicators. The position will be supported with <br /> grant funding from the Big Lift San Mateo County, Redwood City 2020 core partners, <br /> and Safe Routes to School. <br /> Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <br /> • Manage and supervise the Big Lift/Pipeline of Success program . Ensure <br /> alignment of strategies and tactics and provide the foundational structure and <br /> process management to guide the project to successful progress on the 2016-17 <br /> implementation plan . <br /> • Facilitate and support the finance and development, marketing and <br /> communications, and affiliate partner ad hoc committees. Provide programmatic <br /> services to produce deliverables aligned with ad hoc committee goals. <br /> • Support effective implementation of Redwood City 2020 core functions including <br /> grant reporting/writing, financial management, staffing, and contracts <br /> management. <br /> • Coordinate and supervise the Redwood City 2020 Safe Routes to School <br /> initiative and ensure forward progress on initiative-specific goals and <br /> deliverables. <br /> • Represent initiatives in quarterly reports, community gatherings, Redwood City <br /> 2020 Leadership Council meetings, and public-facing communications. <br /> • Creatively spearhead efforts to improve relationships and services for a diverse <br /> Affiliate Network of community-based organizations. <br /> • Other duties as assigned . <br /> Consultant will bill at a rate of $40 .00 per hour and will invoice the City monthly for <br /> hours worked . <br /> REV: 10-04-16 RL <br /> Page 10 of 10 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2016.292/John Crowell Consulting Services - RC2020 <br />
