ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT <br /> TO <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> COMMUNITY PARK RECREATION BUILDING <br /> <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (the "Amendment") TO THE LEASE <br />AGREEMENT (the "Lease Agreement") entitled "Lease Agreement County Park <br />Recreation Building," entered into the 3rd day of January 1991, by and between <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />("Lessor"), and NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (San <br />Francisco Chapter) a California corporation ("Lessee"), is entered into this ~01b <br />day of September 2000; <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Lease Agreement is hereby amended. The amended <br />language of the Lease Agreement reads as follows: <br /> <br /> "WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> For and in consideration of the rents, covenants, and agreements herein <br />contained, Lessor does hereby lease, rent, let, and demise to Lessee, and <br />Lessee does hereby lease, rent, hire, and take from Lessor, the following <br />described real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, State of California: <br /> <br /> A portion of the lands of the City of Redwood City more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of Nevada Street <br /> with the centerline of Madison Avenue as said streets are shown on <br /> that certain map entitled 'Map No. 2 of Central Park of Redwood <br /> City, San Mateo County' recorded July 20, 1912, in Volume 8 of <br /> Maps, pages 15 and 16, records of San Mateo County, California; <br /> <br />Agmt--404 1 <br />F:\shared\Redwood\Council <br />FXS:rg <br />09/20/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
