EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES Premier Risk Solutions LLC ("Consultant" or "PRS") proposes to conduct the following security consulting services for the City of Redwood City, for total fees as described in Exhibit B. PRS will recommend strategies to improve security posture of the following Redwood City municipal locations: O Public Works O Parks, Recreation and Community Services O Downtown Library O Red Morton Community Center O Fire Station #9 / Fire Administration All improvements and enhancements will be realized by the City's implementation of the PRS recommendations. PRS will actively engage all relevant stakeholders to help insure success. The entire process will focus on a consistent security design process and solutions, in order to help mitigate active threats of violence. SCOPE OF WORK Operational Assumptions Per Premises 1 . Public Works with 40,464 sq. ft. / 1 floor / up to 100 staff 2. Parks, Recreation and Community Services with 12,525 sq . ft. / 1 floor / 20 staff and up to 100 visitors 3. Downtown Library with 46,000 sq. ft. / 2 floors / 20 staff and up to 100 visitors 4 . Red Morton Community Center with 34,000 sq . ft. / 1 floor / 20 staff and up to 150 visitors 5.
