insurance maintained by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of Contractor's <br /> insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> 16. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Contractor will include a <br /> statement that it is an equal opportunity employer in all solicitations or <br /> advertisements for subcontractors or employees. <br /> 17. INTEREST OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS. No covered persons who exercise <br /> any function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement or Contractor's <br /> Program during his or her tenure, or for one year thereafter, will have any interest, <br /> direct or indirect, in this Agreement or a related subcontract, or the proceeds <br /> thereof.
