ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> LIFEMOVES (FORMERLY INNVISION SHELTER NETWORK) <br /> (Maple Street Shelter) <br /> K ,r, ,THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of !/40�G2 -� <br /> 2016, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City") and LIFEMOVES ( FORMERLY <br /> INNVISION SHELTER NETWORK), a California nonprofit organization <br /> ("Contractor"; collectively the "Parties") . <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals") , <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS , Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1 , 2016 , and ending June 30 , 2017 (the "Fiscal Year"); and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1 . FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE . City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($ 17,000 .00) for exclusive use by Contractor during <br /> the fiscal year commencing July 1 , 2016, and ending June 30, 2017 , solely for the <br /> purposes described in Paragraph 2 . <br /> 2 . USE OF FUNDS . Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein . <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
