Each Bid Submission if dropped off or mailed shall be enclosed in a sealed <br /> envelope addressed to Office of the City Clerk, 1017 Middlefield Rd. Redwood <br /> City,CA 94063.The outside of the envelope shall be plainly marked, with the name <br /> of the Bidder, the titled of this Notice Inviting Bids and the Bid Submission Due <br /> Date. <br /> e. BID SUBMISSION CHECKLIST <br /> Key Points <br /> 1 Bid Proposal Form will specify any exceptions to the specified vehicle. <br /> 2 Bid Proposal Form will specify additional warranties. <br /> 3 Bid Proposal Form will specify the maximum number of days till delivery <br /> to Redwood City (after PO is released). The maximum number of days till <br /> delivery will be listed by the Bidder as a specific number of days (60, 90, <br /> and 120) and not a range of days (90-120). <br /> 4 Bidder will sign all required pages of the Bid Proposal Form and return <br /> copies of documents received as part of their Bid Submission. <br /> 5 Bidder will sign and return all pages as part of their Sealed Bid Submission. <br /> 6 Successful Bidder will obtain exempt license plates and furnish the <br /> Department of Motor Vehicles with a report of sale, smog certificate, the <br /> City's exempt registration form (Reg. 217) and all other needed paperwork <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> 6. WITHDRAWAL OF BID <br /> Any Bidder may withdraw his or her bid by written request(addressed to the City Contact), <br /> prior to the Bid Submission Due Date. <br /> 7. INTERPRETATION <br /> If a prospective Bidder is in doubt of the true meaning of any part of this "Notice Inviting <br /> Bids" or finds discrepancies in, or omissions in the same, the Bidder may submit to the <br /> City a written request for an interpretation or a correction thereof Any interpretations or <br /> correction of the proposed documents will only be made by an addendum sent via email <br /> from the City to each person receiving a set of bid documents.
