Hold a Public Hearing on a new Water Shortage Contingency Plan and Water <br />Conservation Program <br />2. Waive First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance Rescinding Ordinance No. 2062 <br />Regarding Voluntary Water Conservation Program, Enacting Regulations Prohibiting Certain <br />Uses of Water, Establishing, Penalties for Violation Thereof, and Providing for <br />Implementation of Water Conservation Landscape and Irrigation Guidelines. Confirm <br />determination that the Project is exempt from CEQA. <br />M/S Gee/Masur to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />M/S Aguirre/Gee to approve both items.
