EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant is being retained to do an impartial investigation of a hostile work <br /> environment and harassment complaint brought by a City employee against a <br /> supervisor. Consultant will stay within this scope unless authorized by the City to <br /> expand the scope of the investigation. <br /> Alezah Trigueros will be the principal on site investigator. Amy Oppenheimer will <br /> supervise the investigation. Consultant will interview witnesses, collect and review <br /> pertinent information, and report to the City on that information. In the report, consultant <br /> will tell the City what consultant believes happened, and the basis for that conclusion. <br /> The consultant does not guarantee any particular result, and will base findings on <br /> impartial and professional evaluation of the evidence. <br /> Payment to consultant will be based on specified hourly rate, as follows: <br /> Amy Oppenheimer: $340fhour <br /> Alezah Trigueros: $200/hour <br /> Travel Time: $ 150/hour <br /> Paralegal Time: $ 150/hour <br /> REV. 10.18.16 It <br /> Page 9 of 9 <br /> AfTY:AGR 2016 293/Amy Oppenheimer, Attorney At Law <br />
