EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant is being retained to do an impartial investigation of a hostile work <br /> environment and harassment complaint brought by a City employee against a <br /> supervisor. Consultant will stay within this scope unless authorized by the City to <br /> expand the scope of the investigation. <br /> Alezah Trigueros will be the principal on site investigator. Amy Oppenheimer will <br /> supervise the investigation. Consultant will interview witnesses, collect and review <br /> pertinent information, and report to the City on that information.
