(beginning and end of rainy season) <br /> 11 Re-grade or replace soil surface if erosion, scourging or Annually <br /> significant setting has occurred. <br /> Prune vegetation that inhibits line of sight at intersections. <br /> Test and ensure proper irrigation system function and <br /> sprinkler head adjustment (at end of rainy season). <br /> Repair any rodent borrowing damage and eradicate <br /> rodents. <br /> 12 At cleanouts, check for standing water in underdrain Semi-annually <br /> system. (beginning and end of rainy season) <br /> If standing water is observed, have underdrain system <br /> cleared of roots and debris. Capture material cleared from <br /> line. Flush observed sediment from line. Capture flushed <br /> sediment. (Do not flush sediment to Bay.) <br /> 13 Till soil and/or aerate soil if the system does not drain As-needed <br /> within the designed drain time. (Shallow tilling/aeration) (expected to be 3 to 5 years) <br /> Snake u-drain to clear blockages and/or improve drain <br /> time. <br /> 14 Read and record irrigation water meter.
