Task 4. Supplemental Pro forma Analysis (Optional) <br /> As an optional task, KMA will perform additional pro forma research and analysis to <br /> supplement the pro formas submitted by the Developer. This task will only be necessary in <br /> the unlikely event the Developer's pro formas are deemed incomplete. KMA will notify the <br /> City of any inadequacies of the Developer's pro formas and will obtain prior authorization <br /> from the City before performing any work under this optional task. <br /> Budget, Schedule, and Deliverables <br /> KMA proposes to undertake this assignment on a time and materials basis for a maximum <br /> not-to-exceed fee of $11 ,000 without the optional Task 4 and $13,000 with the optional <br /> Task 4. In terms of schedule, we anticipate the analysis can be completed within three <br /> weeks of contract authorization and receipt of the Developer's submittal.
