independent inspection, investigation, and analysis of the City Property as it deems <br />necessary or appropriate in so acquiring the City Property from Buyer, including, without <br />limitation, any and all matters concerning the condition, use, sale, development or <br />suitability of the City Property and the recessionary rights applicable to Parcel 4. <br />14. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of <br />which shall be deemed an original, and said counterparts shall together constitute one <br />and the same agreement, binding the Parties, notwithstanding all of the Parties are not <br />signatory to the original or the same counterparts. <br />15. Notices. Any notice to be given or other document to be delivered by any <br />Party to the other hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly <br />given and received (i) upon personal delivery, (ii) as of the third business day after <br />mailing by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage <br />prepaid, addressed as set forth below, or (iii) the immediately succeeding business day <br />after deposit with Federal Express or other equivalent overnight courier, addressed to <br />the Party for whom intended, as set forth in this Section 15.
