EXHIBIT C <br />Transcription of Reversionary Interest <br />Book 118, Page 57 <br />Geo. R. Williams to Town of Redwood City <br />I, Geo. R. Williams, of the City of Oakland, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />do hereby give, grant and confirm unto the Town of Redwood Citv, a municipal <br />corporation in the Countv of San Mateo, State aforesaid, for the purposes of a Park, that <br />triangular block of land, situate in said Town of Redwood City, County and State <br />aforesaid, numbered and designated in the map of the Eastern Addition of Redwood City <br />as Block forty-three (43), which said block of land is bounded by Mound, Hancock and <br />Buckeye Streets. <br />To Have and To Hold all and singular the said block of land, together with the <br />appurtenances, unto said Town of Redwood City, said municipal corporation for the <br />purposes aforesaid, with the understanding however that should said block of land ever <br />be used for other than park purposes, then the title to the same shall revert to me, my <br />heirs, executors and assigns. <br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 141 day of April, <br />A.D., 1905. <br />Geo.
