SIM= <br /> Nan <br /> 1--- sEnsus <br /> Exhibit D <br /> Disaster Recovery Plan <br /> SENSUS RNI MANAGED SERVICES IT DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN <br /> Information Technology Statement of Intent <br /> This Exhibit D describes Sensus' policies and procedures for technology disaster recovery, as well as Sensus' process-level plans for <br /> recovering critical technology platforms and the telecommunications infrastructure. Exhibit D is informational only and places no <br /> obligations upon the Customer. In the event of an actual emergency situation, certain modifications to the procedures may be required <br /> to ensure the physical safety of our people, systems, and data. <br /> Our mission is to ensure information system uptime, data integrity and availability, and business continuity. <br /> Policy Statement <br /> • Sensus shall develop a comprehensive Managed Services disaster recovery plan. <br /> • A formal risk assessment shall be undertaken to determine the requirements for the disaster recovery plan. <br /> • The disaster recovery plan should cover all essential and critical infrastructure elements, systems, networks and facilities, in <br /> accordance with key business activities of our Sensus Hosted Services. <br /> • The disaster recovery plan should be periodically tested in a simulated environment to ensure that it can be implemented in <br /> emergency situations and that the management and staff understand how it is to be executed. The current plan is to test the <br /> disaster recovery procedures annually. <br /> • All staff must be made aware of the disaster recovery plan and how it impacts their respective roles and responsibilities. <br /> • The disaster recovery plan must be kept current by taking into account changing circumstances and technologies. <br /> Objectives <br /> The principal objective of this disaster recovery program is to develop, document, and test a well-structured and easily understood plan <br /> which will help Sensus recover quickly and effectively from an unforeseen technology disaster or emergency. Additional objectives <br /> include the following: <br /> • Ensuring that all employees fully understand their duties in implementing and executing such a plan <br /> • Ensuring compliance with all disaster recovery operational policies Ensuring a cost-effective disaster recovery program <br /> • Consideration for other Sensus sites as the disaster recovery plan is developed and practiced <br /> • Consideration for the capabilities of customers, vendors and other stakeholders <br /> REV: 10-07-16 JS <br /> CONFIDENTIAL I Page 21 of 30 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2016.295/Sensus USA Inc. - AMI Software Agreement <br />
