October 17 , 2016 <br /> WHEREAS , this Council , as the Code reviewing body for the City, adopted a <br /> Conflict of Interest Code for the Successor Agency via SA 14-02 and repealed the <br /> Conflict of Interest Code for the dissolved Redevelopment Agency. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Adoption . That the Code entitled "Conflict of Interest Code of the <br /> Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency" is hereby approved <br /> and adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A", along with attached Appendices , incorporated <br /> herein by reference in which Officials are designated herein and by this reference made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> 2 . Effective Date. The adoption of this Code shall be effective immediately. <br /> 3 . Filing of Resolution . The Secretary of the Successor Agency Board is <br /> hereby directed to file a copy of this resolution with his or her office and to make it <br /> available to members of the general public. <br /> 4. Repeal . The Successor Agency Conflict of Interest Code (adopted by <br /> Resolution No. SA 14-02) is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> 5 . Effective Date .
